Privacy policy
We collect as little as the service needs to work, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Last updated: September 2026Your mobile number, to sign you in with a one-time code. No other user ever sees it, and we show it to you partly masked.
The name you choose, your reviews, photos and reactions. These are public and appear with your name.
Claim requests: the owner's name, contact number and role, seen only by the verification team.
Technical data: your IP address for a short time to prevent abuse, and the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising trackers.
When you choose “nearest to me” your browser asks for permission, and we use your coordinates for that request only, to sort results. We do not store them.
Every photo you upload is re-encoded on our server, which strips the hidden location and device data from the file.
We do not sell or rent your data. We use technical providers for hosting and for sending the sign-in code, and they get only what that job needs.
We may disclose information when the law requires it, and as narrowly as possible.
You can change your name, and edit or delete any review, from your profile.
You can delete your whole account from your profile: your number, name, reviews, photos and reactions are removed. Reports and verification records stay, no longer linked to you.
Base place data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL licence, and from other public sources. Owners can correct it after claiming.
The service is meant for people aged 16 and over.
